Purpose

This report provides an update on risk
management in Q3 2024/25.

Decision

RESOLVED that the
Executive AGREED that it:
 
(i)            
Notes the Q3 2024/25 update on risk management provided in the
report and associated Annex 1 and Part 2 exempt Annex 2.
(ii)          
Approves the opening of SR12 ‘Local government
reorganisation’.
(iii)        
Approves the closure of SR2 ‘Local government sector
sustainability and challenge’.
(iv)        
Notes the 2025/26 assurance framework (available at annex 3) and
makes any comments to the Head of Corporate Policy, Projects and
Performance.
