Reorganisation in Surrey - Submission of Final Plan
 
RESOLVED that the
Executive:
 
i)              
Endorses the three unitary arrangement as set out in Appendix 1 for submission
to Government, with Reigate & Banstead Borough Council as a
joint signatory;
 
ii)            
Confirms it does not support a two unitary arrangement as set
out in Appendix 2;
 
iii)          
Agrees to submit the supplementary report setting out the case
for including Reigate & Banstead and Crawley within the same
unitary authority, as set out in Appendix 3

 
iv)          
Delegates authority to the Head of Paid Service in consultation
with the Leader to make any factual or typographical clarifications
prior to submission
