This report provides the budget monitoring position at the end of quarter 2 2025/26.
Decision
RESOLVED – that the Executive agreed to:
1) Note the Revenue Budget Forecast as at Q2 2025/26 at Annex 1
2) Note the Outstanding Debt Summary as at Q2 2025/26 at Annex 2
3) Note the Reserves Summary as at Q2 2025/26 at Annex 3
4) Note the Capital Budget Forecast as at Q2 2025/26 at Annex 4
5) Note the Treasury Management Prudential Indicators at Annex 5
6) Note the recommendation to allocate £0.162m to the Capital Programme
7) Note the recommendation to replace £1.862m of funding in the Capital Programme
