Purpose
Consider any disposal offers received.
Decision
RESOLVED – that the Partner, Shareholder and Trustee Executive Sub- Committee agreed that:
(i) For Members to consider and to accept the offer received for the sale of Crown House and to approve the sale of this property as set out in the main body of the part 2 report.
(ii) If (i) above is approved, the shareholder gives authority to the Director of Greensand Holdings Limited to proceed with the sale of Crown House.
(iii) For Members to consider and decline the offers for the sale of Fishers Farm.
