Purpose

Seeking the adoption approval following the
formal consultation of the Design Code SPD.

Decision

RESOLVED –
that the Executive:
 

1.   
Approve the draft A23 Great Street Design Code Supplementary
Planning Document (SPD) for adoption; and that

2.   
The Head of Planning in consultation with the Executive member
for Planning Policy, be authorised to make any necessary minor
amendments to the draft A23 Great Street Design Code Supplementary
Planning Document (SPD) prior to implementation.
