Purpose

To ask the
Executive to note and to approve the first Annual Review of the CIL
SIP 2023-2027. This ensures that the Council’s SIP for this
period remains up to date in light of any changes to project
delivery timescales and that the strategic CIL funding collected is
used to fund projects that will be delivered in the SIP(2)
timeframe.

that the Executive:

Notes the progress in delivering the projects in the
Council’s second Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL)
Strategic Infrastructure Programme (SIP) 2023-27 set out in Annex
1, and the updated SIP set out in Annex 2 of the report to
Executive.
