The Cabinet considered a report of the Director of Economy and Place which sought to update on the progress made with regard to the Detailed Project Development (DPD) stage of the Rochdale Town Centre Heat Network Project.   The Climate Change and Sustainability Project Manager was in attendance to present the information and to address the questions and the comments of the Cabinet Members.   Resolved that the recommendations outlined at point 2 of the report be agreed.   Reason for decision: As outlined at point 3 of the report.   Alternatives considered and rejected: As outlined at point 4 of the report.
