The Cabinet considered a report of the
Head of Finance (Corporate) which sought agreement to the proposal
outlined at section two of the report.
 
The report author was in
attendance to present the information and to address the
questions and the comments of the Cabinet Members.
 
Cabinet Members sought and received
clarification on the terms of the proposal and agreed additional
requests to be considered and put forward.
 
Resolved that the recommendations
outlined in part two of the supplementary report be
agreed.
