Consideration was
given to a report of the Assistant Director for Commissioning of
Adult Social Care and Prevention which sought agreement to sign off
the Better Care Fund planning template, narrative document, and the
capacity and demand template.
 
Resolved: That,
in line with the grant conditions, the Better Care Fund planning
return, narrative document, and the demand and capacity document
for Rochdale 2025/26 be signed-off.

Signing off the Better
Care Fund planning return, narrative document, and the demand and
capacity document was a condition of grant funding.

 

Alternatives considered
Not to agree sign off
the Better Care Fund planning return, narrative document, and
demand and capacity document – this option was not
recommended, as it would not meet the requirements of the grant
conditions.
