The Cabinet considered
a report of the Director of Economy and Place, which sought
approval of the total capital allocation required to refurbish
Rochdale Town Hall Steps.
 
The Head of Service
Technical and Surveyors Property and the Senior Statutory
Compliance Surveyor Building Statutory Compliance were in attendance to present the information and to
address the questions and the comments of the Cabinet Members.

recommendations as set out at point 2 of the report be agreed.
