The Cabinet considered
a report of the Director of Economy and Place, which sought
approval to proceed with the Commercial Property Improvement Scheme
for Castleton Local Centre.
 
The Senior Project
Officer, Rochdale Development Agency, was in
attendance to present the information and to address the
questions and the comments of the Cabinet Members.
 
Resolved that the
recommendations as set out at point 2 of the report be agreed.
