offices at 138 Whitelees Road, Littleborough to deliver Intergrated
Neighbourhood Teams (INT) in to the communities of Littleborough
and Pennines

The Cabinet considered
a joint report of the Director of Integrated Care and Health
(Director of Adult Social Services and Deputy Place Lead) and of
the Director of Economy and Place, which sought approval of the
acquisition of leasehold offices at 138 Whitelees Road, Littleborough, to deliver Integrated Neighbourhood
Teams (INT) in to the communities of Littleborough and Pennines.
 
The Portfolio Holder
for Adult Social Care and Wellbeing delivered a brief summary of
the report’s key points.
 
The Deputy Director of
Adult Social Services and the Surveyor Estate and Asset Management
were in attendance to present the
information and to address the questions and the comments of the
Cabinet Members.
 
Having
considered the report and the Officers’ presentation, the
Cabinet requested further information on the available options,
prior to reaching a decision on this matter. Hence, the Cabinet
agreed to defer its decision, pending the provision of further
information on the available alternatives.
 
Resolved that this
item of business be deferred to a future
meeting.
