Seek approval to an amendment to contract terms

The Cabinet considered a report of the
Director of Economy and Place, which sought to update on progress
to deliver the Sustainable Materials and
 Manufacturing Centre (SMMC) building on
Kingsway Business Park. The report also sought approval to take
specific actions to progress the project.
 
The Property Growth Fund Manager,
Rochdale Development Agency, was in attendance to present the
information and to address the questions and the comments of the
Cabinet Members.
 
Resolved that the
recommendations outlined in section two of the report be
agreed.
