Purpose

The purpose of the report is to seek approval for the Council to
acquire the subject property based on the provisionally agreed
heads of terms set out in Appendix 2 of the report.

Content

 The Cabinet considered a report of the
Director of Economy and Place, which sought to update on the
actions taken to acquire the property in question.
 
The Head of
Estates was in attendance to present the information and to address
the questions and the comments of the Cabinet Members.
