Purpose

This report seeks approval to allocate Capital investment for
the refurbishment of Leopold Court. The Council owned asset require
a significant package of works to make the building compliant and
fit for purpose.

The Cabinet
considered a report of the Director of Economy and Place, which
sought approval to spend capital and revenue funding for the
refurbishment of Leopold Court and associated work.
 
The Principal
Officer Strategic Housing People was in attendance to present the
information and to address the questions and the comments of
Cabinet Members.

outline in section two of the report be approved.
