Agreement for a
new three year contract award that supports street and sauna based
sex workers living and or working in Rochdale, Oldham and Bury
through a harm reduction approach, that include sexual health
support, working with partners to improve health, housing support,
advocacy and reporting of incidences (national ugly mug
scheme).
The contract will be led by Rochdale and jointly funded by
Rochdale, Oldham and Bury Public Health Services. The commissioning
arrangement aligns with the main integrated sexual health service
offer and covers the same geographical footprint. A memorandum of
understanding is in place that underpins the
arrangement.
The total contract value for the new three year contract
period will be £428,790.
