The Cabinet
considered a report of the Director of Economy and Place, which
sought to update on the work completed so far in regard to the
Local Authority Housing Fund (LAHF). The report also sought
approval of the plan of action to satisfy the terms of the
funding. 
 
The Head of
Strategic Housing (People) and the Principal Officer were in
attendance to present the information and to address the questions
and comments of the Cabinet Members.
 
Resolved that the recommendations
set out in section two of the report be agreed.
 
Reason for
decision:
To enable the
council to meet the terms of the LAHF funding for round 1 and round
3.
