Purpose

Hopwood Hall is a Grade II* listed manorial
hall within the Council’s Ownership. The report seeks
authority to accept one grant – Heritage at Risk grant funded
by Historic England. The report also seeks Member’s to accept
and endorse the Masterplan document for Hopwood Hall. The report is
an update on the National Lottery Heritage Fund (NLHF) grant
application and option for purchase that is currently in place with
Hopwood DePree.
