Purpose

Reviews the revenue and capital expenditure
during 2021/22 and provides options for the allocation of funds in
2022/23. Members are asked to approve Rochdale North Township Funds
allocation to funding streams, terms and conditions, and agree
delegation arrangements concerning funding decisions.
