Decision

Cabinet considered a report of the Director of Economy and Place which sought approval for proposals relating to the future development and promotion of a strategic employment site. The report outlined the anticipated economic and regeneration benefits and the proposed arrangements to support delivery of the Council’s objectives for the area.

The Cabinet Member for Regeneration and Housing introduced the report.

The Programme Manager Rochdale Development Agency proceeded to present the report, highlighted the principal matters requiring Cabinet's consideration and responded to questions and comments from the Cabinet Members.

Resolved that the recommendations set out in section two of the report be agreed.
