Purpose

To present the statutory accounts for the
Council's wholly-owned trading companies (Rochdale BTR Limited,
Rochdale Hotel Holdings Limited, Rochdale Hotel Limited) and inform
Members of the overall financial position for the period ending
31st March 2024.
