report should read: Heywood Civic Centre
Capital Project
 
The Cabinet considered
a report of the Director of Economy and Place which sought to
inform of the latest developments relating to this capital project.
The report also sought approval to progress delivery of the
scheme.
 
The Senior Project
Officer presented the information and addressed the questions and
the comments of the Cabinet Member.
 
Resolved that the
recommendations as outlined at point 2 of the report be agreed.

It be noted that the Chair of the Communities
Regeneration and Environment Overview and Scrutiny Committee agreed
to the waiver of the call-in for this decision. Therefore, the
decision can be implemented from the
date of its publication.
