RESOLVED that the Planning
Committee:
 

APPROVE the making of
a Non-immediate Article 4 Direction under Para 4(1) of the Town and
Country Planning (General Permitted Development)(England) Order
2015 to withdraw permitted development rights for the change of use
from Class E (commercial, business or service) to residential uses
(C3) in the borough’s five Strategic Employment Areas as
shown in the maps included in Appendix A to this report;
and

AGREE that a public
consultation for 6 weeks should be undertaken on this
proposal
