Decision

It was RESOLVEDthat:

a)    the Ratcliffe on Soar Local Development Order should remain in force in its current form and that no amendments are required at the present time;

b)    the operation and effectiveness of the Local Development Order should continue to be monitored, with any future amendments being considered should circumstances or evidence justify such changes.
