Purpose
Rutland County Council as part of the
“Fourth Midlands Electric Vehicle Infrastructure
Consortium” being led by Worcestershire County Council are
now wishing to issue the Invitation to Tender documents for the
LEVI main project.
Cabinet – Report No. 111/2024 Local Electric Vehicle
Infrastructure (LEVI) – Update, APPROVED.
Delegated authority to the Strategic Director for Places, in
consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Highways, Transport and
Environment, to approve associated contract arrangements,
procurement and spend with the appointed charge point operator for
both the LEVI Pilot and Main Project.
Decision
To approve Worcestershire County Council to
issue the Invitation to Tender for the LEVI Main Project as agreed
by the members of the consortium and approve associated contract
arrangements, procurement and spend.
