Purpose

To provide a purpose-designed youth leisure
and wellbeing facility within Oakham Parish, by repurposing disused
Library and Family Hub space. The facility will provide a
multi-functional space with health, wellbeing and leisure groups
and provision available.

Decision

To support the project with the sum of
£8,985.21 from S106 contributions.

Alternative options considered

The alternative option would be to not support
funding for this project. There is funding available from unspent
S106 agreements and no other project coming forward to take
advantage of this at present. There is a risk that unspent S106
monies would need to be re-paid to developers in due
course.
