Purpose

To approve a payment plan to enable the
Community Infrastructure Levy chargeable amount to be paid over a
6-month period ending 20th June 2026 due to the financial
circumstances of the liable party for this CIL case.

Decision

Following the decision a payment plan will be
put in place to enable payment of the chargeable amount of
£19,837.50 in full over a 6-month period ending 20th June
2026.

Alternative options considered

There are a number of enforcement options
available under the CIL regulations including issuing a warning of
a stop notice. However, as this permission was retrospective, the
stop notice would have no effect in this case. There would also be
significant legal and administration costs involved in this
process. Therefore, as the liable party has agreed to pay the full
chargeable amount in instalments over a 6-month period ending 20th
June 2026, I recommend approval of a payment plan to be created for
payments on agreed dates with the last payment to be made on 20th
June 2026.
