Purpose

To replace 4 vehicles within the current RCC
fleet which have exceeded 10 years of age and/or 100,000 miles
(in-line with the replacement programme agreed in 2020.

Decision

To purchase 4 new minibuses during 2023/2024
at a combined value of 195k for the vehicles. All vehicles will be
wheelchair accessible to cater for the maximum client types. These
vehicles are required to cover existing service delivery and not
included in any additional fleet required for delivery of options
included in the network review.
