Purpose

To allow covenants identified in the attached
schedule, to be marked as complied with and removed from the
monitoring list and the land register.

Decision

Following a detailed review of historical s106
agreements, the agreements identified in the attached table have
all been met or superseded by a subsequent planning application and
can be discharged.
