Purpose

To award the Grounds Maintenance Contract to
Glendale Countryside Limited.

Decision

On 10th July 2023, Council authorised the
Strategic Director for Places in consultation with the Cabinet
Member with Portfolio for Highways, Transport and the Environment
to award the contract resulting from this procurement in line with
the award criteria.

The procurement process has been supported by the Councils in-house
Procurement Team and both Internal Legal support and external legal
support provided by Trowers Hamlin in line with the requirements of
the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and the Council’s
Contract Procedure Rules.
