Purpose

To provide a front enquiry office at Oakham
Police station as there is currently no public access to a police
station across the area.

Decision

To support the project with the sum of
£12,768.00 from S106 contributions.

Following the decision £12,768.00 will be transferred to
Leicestershire Police.

Alternative options considered

The alternative option would be to not support
funding for this project. There is funding available from unspent
S106 agreements and no other project coming forward to take
advantage of this at present. There is a risk that unspent S106
monies would need to be re-paid to developers in due
course.
