The Health and Adults Scrutiny Panel examines services that support the health and wellbeing of adults and communities in Salford. It scrutinises adult social care, public health, integrated health and care services, safeguarding, care provision, and health partnerships.

As the council's designated Health Scrutiny Committee, it has statutory powers to review matters relating to the planning, provision, and operation of NHS and health services that affect Salford residents.
