^ decision taken at
Procurement Board meeting held on 13th October 2025

The Reasons are to advance two affordable housing project.

Options considered and rejected
were - none all procedures
are in accordance with standing orders.

Assessment of Risk: Medium – should these project not proceed
it will significantly impact the next phases of affordable housing
for the city, a key priority.

Should the scheme not proceed, for what ever
reason, the costs within this report could become abortive. The key
risks to note surround programme and final cost submission from the
Council. Should these exceed current plans further consideration to
scheme viability and funding will be needed.

Whilst there is confidence future Homes
England funding for affordable housing delivery will be secured for
the scheme, it should be noted this is not yet secured and is a
potential risk.

The source of funding is the Place Capital Programme.
