Salford City Council - Record of
Decision
 
I
Councillor Tracy Kelly, Deputy City Mayor, in exercise of the
powers contained within the City Council constitution do hereby approve Salford City Council
entering into a grant funding agreement with a charitable
benefactor, in relation
to the refurbishment of Buile Hill
Mansion, and authorise the City Solicitor
to complete the necessary legal
formalities.
 

The Reasons are: Proposals and ongoing work to bring Buile Hill Mansion back into use commenced in
November 2023 and it is expected that these will be completed and
the building re-opened in Spring 2025. Grant funding has been
offered by a charitable benefactor
to the Council to assist with the delivery of the works, their
identity and the amount of which, they
have requested not be made public knowledge until
completion.
