Salford City
Council - Record of Decision (Cabinet)
I, Tracy Kelly, Statutory Deputy City Mayor, in
consultation with the Cabinet and in exercise of the powers
contained within the City Council Constitution do hereby
approve:
Delegated authority
to the City Solicitor in consultation with the Executive Director
of Place and Deputy City Mayor to take forward and accept the next
steps for cost recovery of the Pendleton PFI fire safety further
works.
The Reasons
are:
The Part 2 report provides a clear strategy and
sets parameters for taking forward these next
steps.
