Eccles Town
Hall Ground Floor and First Floor Offices
 
I, Councillor Tracy
Kelly, Deputy City Mayor, in exercise of the powers contained
within the City Council’s constitution do hereby;
 

1    
Approve the provisionally
agreed terms for the letting of ground and first floor office space
at Eccles Town Hall to Salford CVS and Volunteer
Office

2    
Authorise the Shared Legal Service to prepare all
necessary documentation and to take all steps which are required to
give effect to the above recommendation.
 
The Reasons
are the
offices on the ground and first floor of Eccles Town Hall are
currently occupied by Salford CVS and Volunteer Centre under
separate leases.  In order to regularise
the occupation, it is proposed that a single lease be created
combining the current leases for the ground and first floor for a
term of 15 years and which the above approval will now
allow.
