Salford City Council - Record of Decision
 
I Councillor Jack Youd, Deputy City Mayor and Lead Member for Finance,
Support Services and Regeneration, in exercise of the powers
contained within the City Council Constitution do hereby approve the allocation of £312,000 of
Section 106 affordable housing contribution to part-fund the
delivery of 6 affordable housing units at the St Lukes housing
delivery site.
 
The Reasons are to allocate available Section 106 affordable housing
contributions and meet a funding shortfall due to unavailability of
Homes England AHP 2021-26 grant funding.
