(1)That Cabinet receive Grant Thornton’s Value for Money Governance Review Follow Up Review Report of December 2023.

(2)That Cabinet note that the Council’s response to the recommendations in Grant Thornton’s report will be incorporated into the refresh of the Improvement Plan in 2024.
