Purpose

The purpose of this report is to obtain the
necessary permissions to enter into the memorandum of understanding
(MoU) with Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council (RMBC) and accept
the Accelerating Reform Fund grant as outlined in this report.

It is recommended that the Strategic Director
of Adult Care and Wellbeing

Approves the Council accepting up to
£112,666 of grant funding from Rotherham Metropolitan Borough
Council.
Approves the Council entering into
the MoU with Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council, as outlined in
this report.
