Content

That (1) the tender of Horticon Ltd in the sum
£236,000 for the Ecclesfield Park Improvement works is
accepted; and Letters of Acceptance are issued accordingly; and
 
(2) the tender of Horticon Ltd in the sum
£97,155 for the Tennis Courts is accepted; and Letters of
Acceptance are issued accordingly.

& Commercial Services or his nominee under the authority
delegated by Strategy and Resources on 21/02/2023
