11.1

The Committee considered a report of the
Executive Director of Neighbourhood Services which updated the
Charity Trustee Sub Committee on Charity Commission correspondence
recently received by the Council, as sole Trustee of the Graves
Park Charity, the external legal advice obtained on that
correspondence and a proposed course of
action.

 

 

11.2

RESOLVED: That the Charity Trustees
Sub-Committee:-

(a) 
Notes the contents of the report and closed appendices;
and

(b) 
Agrees the proposed action in the closed
appendix.

 

 

 

 

11.3

Reasons for Decision

 

 

11.3.1

To maintain good
governance, it is important for the Graves Park Charity Trustee to
review and understand any correspondence with the Charity
Commission and to act upon such correspondence in a manner that is
in the best interests of the Charity.

 

 

 

11.4
