The Committee
considered a report of the Executive Director of Neighbourhood
Services which gave details of the 2025-26 Housing Capital
Programme outturn at the end of Quarter 2, and the updated budget
position for the 5-year Housing Capital Programme
(2025/26–2029/30).

RESOLVED
UNANIMOUSLY: That the Housing Policy
Committee:-

(a) 
Notes the 2025-26 Housing Capital Programme outturn at the end of
Quarter 2 set out in section 2 of the report;
and

(b) 
Notes the updated budget position for the 5-year Housing Capital
Programme (2025/26–2029/30) as set out in Appendix
