To set out a proposal
to review the service charge recharged to traders at the Moor
Market and the reasons why officers consider this needs to be
implemented.

RESOLVED
UNANIMOUSLY: That the Waste and Street
Scene Policy Committee agree to defer the consideration of this
item to the next meeting of the Committee on 14 February
2024.

Reasons for Decision

The Traders on the
Moor Market had requested further consultation with the Council
prior to any decisions on the service charge.
