Decision

It is the decision of the Licensing Act
Sub-Committee, following the hearing held on 6th August
2025 to grant the premises licence for
the premises Rowley’s Mansion Courtyard, Barker
Street, Shrewsbury, SY1 2BQ subject to
additional conditions being added to the premises
licence for the promotion of the four
licencing objectives, in particular the prevention of public
nuisance.
