RESOLVED:
That:
- Cabinet agreed that the draft Movement and Public Space Strategy for Shrewsbury be subject to public consultation for a period of eight weeks, commencing on Friday 26 January 2024, with the final terms of the consultation being approved by the Executive Director of Place in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Climate Change, Environment and Transport.
- Cabinet agreed that, following the conclusion of the public consultation, a further report will be presented to Cabinet for final approval of the Movement and Public Space Strategy for Shrewsbury, and authorises the Executive Director of Place, in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Climate Change, Environment and Transport, to develop a delivery plan to sit aside the Strategy as a working document and be subject to periodic review.
