Purpose

To approve the Council’s Procurement Strategy.

Decision

(a)  That the Procurement Strategy 2026-2028 attached at Appendix A to the report be approved.

(b)  That delegated authority be given to the Chief Operating Officer, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Corporate Resources, to make minor amendments and updates to the Strategy to reflect changes in legislation, Council policy, organisational structures and corporate priorities during the life of the Strategy.
