Licensing Sub-Committee

To undertake the licensing and registration matters delegated by the Licensing Committee; and to hear and determine appeals in relation to such licensing and registration matters. The authorisation of enforcement and similar action and the taking of legal proceedings. Executive powers - The Sub-Committee has power to determine all matters within its terms of reference except for any matter which the Licensing Committee determines shall be decided only by that Committee
