Decision

The Cabinet Member RESOLVED:
 
(i) 
To approve the Tenancy Strategy & Tenancy Policy;
(ii) 
To approve delegated authority to the Assistant Director for
Housing in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Housing to make
minor revisions to the Tenancy Strategy and Tenancy Policy,
including changes required in future statutory guidance, as
considered necessary to give effect to the operation of the
Strategy and Policy.
