Purpose

To consider the applications for discretionary
rate relief.

Decision

The Cabinet Member considered a
number of applications for discretionary rate relief and
RESOLVED:
 
 
(i) 
To approve a 50% relief award for 2022/23 for one
year only, at a cost to the Council of £6,937.31 to Snooty
Pooch Community Interest Company (CIC), 50 Drury Lane,
Solihull;
 
(ii) 
To approve  a 20% relief
award for one year only, at cost to the Council of £1386.61
to  Lily Mae Foundation 10 Balsall
Street East, Balsall Common, Solihull; and
 
 
(iii) 
To approve an award of 20% relief for 2021/22,
2022/23 and 2023/24 at a cost to the Council of £4,882.08 to
The Childrens Storehouse (Jubilee Church Solihull) First Floor 141
High Street, Solihull.
