Decision

The Cabinet Member RESOLVED:
(i) 
To note the work undertaken to
establish the proposed terms and principles of working within a
section 75 agreement; and
 
(ii) 
To sign off the terms and principles of working that are contained
within a section 75 agreement and associated schedules between
Birmingham and Solihull Integrated Care Board (the ICB) and
Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council (SMBC).
